Insert Plane

Counts the edges in a selected edgeloop, face selection or vert selection and inserts a polyPlane to that spot as well as orients it. Useful for poly modelling. 

Another feature is roundness button with and without equal vert distribution.

Also you can snap verts to other verts or curves.
